SHIPPING & HANDELING POLICY
 
 Packages are shipped USPS priority mail with confirmation.Shipping is based on USPS Priority mail rates. Items are weighed and cost includes packaging materials. You may purchase insurance before checkout. Remember to purchase insurance based on the total cost of all of your itemsInsurance is highly recommended for valuable
and breakable items and must be purchased in the event you have to exchange a new item.
 
Some items may be eligble for free shipping such as the hand-made soaps. The USPS shipping rate for a item under 1 lb is $6. I do not like to charge shipping when the item itself does not even cost $6. I do this as a courtesy to my customers.  I still have to pay for the item to be shipped so I will use regular parcel post with confirmation. You may still purchase insurance on a free ship item. Once again, I highly recommend insurance on valuable and breakable items. 
 
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:
 
The Pawsh Poodle Boutique does not issue refunds or returns. Most items are vintage, hand-made or one of a kind. Vintage items will have slight imperfections due to thier age. You should be aware of this before you purchase any vintage item. I choose items for their age, patina and character.
 
 I will not knowingly sell an item that is broken. This is why purchasing insurance is so important. Items broken in route will then be covered by insurance, which in most cases is cheaper then returning the item. 
 
Hand-made items or one of a kind items will vary in look etc..because they are hand made and not mass, machine produced. Also many of the New items, come in limited quantities so please be sure of size, color choice, etc. prior to purchasing.
 
Exchanges may be made on NEW ITEMS ONLY and only if you purchased shipping insurance for the item/items. You must purchase shipping insurance in order for me to consider the exchange. Remember shipping insurance can be purchased as an option before check out. I will clearly state that the item is new in the description so there will be no confusion. In the event your new item has damage that was not caused by shipping, you must follow these steps:
*Contact by phone or e-mail within 48 hours
*Item must be returned no later then 10 days after contact. I will verify by dated postmark.
*Buyer is to pay the shipping for return.
*In the event the item is no longer available, buyer will be given store credit for the cost of merchandise only. It will be issued in the form of a gift certificate and will go towards your next purchase.
